The 10Q didn't show me an improvement other than per share based on twice as many shares as Q3 2015. And their "stash of cash" isn't all that impressive. I agree they are trying to make changes sufficient to "keep the boat afloat" and unless something happens to get the sp above $1 to preserve listing they should opt for OTC vs another r/s. On sidelines watching. GL
