Narrowing the loss per quarter is improvement enough for me. Appears they're hell bent on doing just that. Accelerating the time to get to breakeven will be the cherry on the cake.

$1.00 or slightly below appears as resistance so I wouldn't bet on the sh px to would exceed it and hold above it.

I personally do not think another offering is in the cards at anytime soon. Makes no sense. As to a R/S, unless their goal is to take it pvt, ( which is possible), reducing the shares in play wouldn't accomplish much. They may be very happy un-listed.
