Don't know about contrarian, but I don't hear REGN mentioned much as a potential target. Why is that?



In addition to the associational issues noted by others, it makes no economic sense:

It would be a big buy at about half the MC of GILD.

Worse, it would be highly dilutive to EPS, CF, and EV/EBITDA.

Eg. EV/EBITDA of REGN:GILD 27:4.5
