I must have missed this about Miller actually responding to someone. That's good. I know at the time, he had not even responded to Mullan's call (or email--can't remember).
I don't think Archer can do anything with anatabine, but as I mentioned before, Mullan told me that Roskamp, as a non-profit, can continue research.
It would be great if someone smarter than me did some type of research on this. I have tried all kinds of angles, including talking to a Merrill Lynch broker who stops listening at "penny stock", let alone "bankrupt." I have looked for a history of buying stock in Ch. 7 bk companies and found little. I emailed that Calico Labs company and a reporter at the Saratoga newspaper. All dead-ends. Maybe we can wish that there is no precedent for what is going on here, and that RCPIQ will set a new one.
