I received an answer from the trustee George Miller :
He says please file a Rule 2002 request with the Court so you will receive Notices .
And we can file a Proof of interest .
(to secure that we get our share if something is left for the shareholders )
RCPI did not guarantee as for as he knows the liabilities reported by RCP Developments or
Star Tobacco , Inc. ( so we are looking at 21 million with interest )
And yes the IP will be sold !!!
