Wow I totally missed that... have been a silent long FTNW shareholder for years now and saw the crazy spike today so just got a chance to catch up on all the news. This is fantastic!!! 
With that said, can someone please fill me in on how exactly they expect to meet the NASDAQ requirements lol? Minimum share price is the first problem I see so idk why they would have filed this before, PERHAPS, doing another RS?
