They are not even close to meeting the minimum requirements of the Nasdaq. IMO, the only reason they said that was to drum up interest so they can start selling shares. Most if not all of these OTC stocks at one time or another say they plan on uplisting to the Nasdaq. Truth is, none of them ever uplist. It's the oldest play in the OTC playbook.
