Bigworld, SC, By any chance did you guys see Jim Rickard's latest video presentation? It's not up on YouTube yet, but I watched it from a link on a commercial site. Man, he's never been so apocalyptic about what he sees as the coming collapse, and he bluntly says that the crash will occur by design, and could happen very soon.
While it's true Rickards is trying to sell his latest book and newsletter service, he usually doesn't get into the conspiracy side of things at all. But now he flat out says that the elites are engineering the coming collapse on purpose in order to consolidate control.
Rickards has close connections to very high levels in the finance world and intelligence community. I always assumed that the Deep State more or less approved of what he's been revealing over the years, like the SDR/Special Drawing Rights, etc, the idea being that it will help the public get acclimated, and thus accept it when it comes, so it's a type of 'predictive programming'.
But what Rickards reveals now, if true, would be confirmation of the darkest conspiracy nightmares. He says the collapse will affect every country simultaneously and basically everything will fall apart, with a complete lock down of the financial system (he calls it 'Ice Nine'), with banks closing, no access to money, and a rapid descent into societal breakdown.
Man, I hope he's wrong. I remember what Lindsey Williams' insider friend (Ken Fromm) said numerous times before his death in 2010 - that the last thing the elites want are riots and severe social chaos. He said this is their biggest fear since they are so outnumbered by the masses of people.
All I can say is I hope Rickards is just pulling out all the stops in order to sell more books. But it's way out of character for him to go so hyperbolic, so it's hard not to have a real bad feeling about this. I guess there's always New Zealand..
