So both Scottrade and Ameritrade (via lawyer Elizabeth Smith) spent 25 pages of paper to say the above approximately 117 times. I suppose Judge Strom believes Etrade shouldn't need more than an extra day to respond along the same lines as he granted Etrade exactly 24 extra hours to respond lol:
