His opinion has some merit if you believe ECIG is under valued, as most agree it is. It's possible they could get 3 possibly 4 times earnings in a private sale. Let's say hypothetical annual revenue will be $50mil in 2017 they could get $200mil in a private sale. With lack of IR from ECIG it doesn't look like there looking for bag holders anymore. I'm just saying anything is possible.
