You guys make these claims but you lack the ability to some how explain the way in which strong and the directors will make their money by going private.

Show us the math to support your/his theory and then I might agree.

Strong is owed over 100mill plus stock value that has got to equal close to 50mill additional. Add the directors compensation and that gets close to 200mill. How can they make that back by going private? It's way easier to find bag holders via the stock.

Please explain your position with actual numbers versus clumsy foolish comments.
