Eleven cents may not seem much but it's $2,750 to me so no complaint here. Besides, it's a simple thing based on distributable cash flow. If they don't produce more cash, the DCF stalls out.

I'm thankful that much of my forthcoming bounty comes as a direct result of having committed a lot of available cash over the past couple of quarters. So while 4.5% (annualized) might not strike us as noteworthy, it changes radically when we allow that much of the money was actually generated over the past half year. That changes things demonstrably.

I'll be a buyer if the price drops to $9. Once we get past the final Q of 20126, I figure things to begin cycling higher with Trump at the helm. And OPC is our friend so long as we can contain the group.

My one concern is that the BOD can elect to alter the payout scheme if things don't add up quite right. But I'm hoping for the best.
