SJ, I sure hope I'm wrong about the de-listing but it is a possibility however. One thing I am sure of is that Peter has no credibility in the industry. He has no respect among his peers in the industry. I have been told by insiders that Peter, in the past and who know about the present, has refused the help of some very influential people in the industry and he won't give them the time of day! I ask why? I'm guessing that it is because of his incredible arrogance and his fear that someone with knowledge and experience will call him on the incredible mistakes he has made and continues to make! What idiot CEO would go into phase II and get FDA and IRB approvals with the wrong drug dosage? I guess we know one now, Peter! I guess that's worthy of a bonus and stock options!! I'm actually surprised that when I wrote my scathing rebuke of Peter a couple of days ago we didn't see a single Peter-apologist come after me! They know I'm right! Look at the Board of Directors, a bunch of weak-kneed Peter worshippers. None of them have any experience commercializing a product. I'm not sure Peter planned it that way but there is apparently nobody on the management board that knows what a timeline or a completion date is or even how to finish a program and that shows in the horrible performance that is BPTH. I'm waiting for a stockholder revolt from some major shareholders if Peter hasn't diluted them all out. Does anyone know how to start one? I'm guessing that behind the scenes there may be some really shady things going on with Peter. As Dmoffat asked the other day what is he doing for his $8000 per week paid for by you know who?
