Stifel Nicholas downgraded NGL to Hold from Buy while RBC raises the target to $27 from $24.

It seems to me that Stifel N. is looking at today only and not taking a more profound, broader view of things. Investments via capex are often everything when it comes to arriving at a true valuation.

Reading the transcript from Krimbell, I'm seeing much to cheer about and more than enough to justify a positive outlook.

But that's just me, there are many others with their own views.
