Little DD on our COO Pat Carrigan. Been doing a little digging on him. Found out quite a few interesting things. First off they disguised his name. His real name is Wade Patrick Carrigan. This is the same on mentioned that was in the PR.

1) He borrowed $2,000,000 from a bank and almost immediately defaulted on it around 2009. The bank sued him and address to a payment plan but defaulted on that as well. Most recently was in court over this in late 2015. Search: LOL FIN. CO. V. CARRIGAN to find it.

2) He has been in other deals with Suncomm and Jacobs going back to at least 2005, when he was in some business called Quiet Tiger with them. I did not research the company but I can guess at how successful Quiet Tiger was. Search: wade p. carrigan arizona. Last item on first search page.
