This is about what I'd expected, months ago.

From what I've heard and read about Jaspers, I never got good vibes from PUGE's history. Some on this board lauded the company for its low share structure but it's no more meaningful than eating the whole apple pie in one piece or after it's been cut into eight portions. The pie doesn't change, only the mouth consuming it. In effect, a small share structure may be of value in that it's more easily controlled by share holders but the bottom line remains the same:

This is not a business. Now, some insist it's moving into pot and hemp-related goods and medicinal this or that. But the fact remains that there's not been any business. And there's a court order insisting that such and such reparations be made OR ELSE.

Jaspers holds an overwhelming majority of shares in PUGE. He might have avoided this ages-old tug-o'-war in and out of court. All he'd have to have done was to surrender some shares while continuing to retain power and control.

But he didn't. Or should I say:

Butt, he didn't Butt he clearly is a shitfaced butt, no question in my mind. He's been struck down by two states for unacceptable accounting practices and is now barred from practicing. He cannot operate as an accountant for a publicly traded entity as I recall. This has me wondering what, if any, role he can or is to play in PUGE's future.

Jaspers is totally unfit for any role in the company. He, alone. is responsible for the holdup in Hermann Burkhart's moving into a role of CEO of PUGE, one that he might have been well suited to manage. We may never know. Jaspers, I'm told, is a bullying sort of pigheaded fool given to extreme anger fits, brutalizing others physically, destroying things without forethought.

I have zero confidence in his ability to operate any part of a business regardless of responsibility. His failure to act many months ago has caused possibly irreparable damage to the company's prospects and certainly its enterprise value has been called into question making it questionable as to how this company can continue to exist as anything but a shell.

These are my opinions, nothing more, so please, everybody, weigh in with your own ideas.

As for bringing this information to light, we are all beholden to you. I thank you personally.
