I, too, contemporaneously questioned the purportedly lopsided win for Opdivo about a year ago based on the “all comers” argument—see, for instance, #msg-117569660.

Your post does a nice job highlighting two examples of the black-and-white thinking that pervades much of the content from professional biotech journalists.
