I talked with the president of USBI today and it looks like Mr. Roussey was able to get $5 million in financing to fund his project without giving up control of his company,without any association with GPL or Eric's other company "Innovators Community". And best of all for WNBD shareholders, it won't mean any dilution of WNBD shares to fund the project.
