Research shows Mr. Snyder bought Westmoreland glass factor site in the early 80's, and converted it to gas storage which dominion used! BCND owns the property so who has the gas storage? Conflict of interest their In my opinion, is that why their were 2 reverse splits? Does dominion still want that storage? Just my opinion of speculations......
