I agree, but concept is interesting....
I personally don't think it holds weight:
Why would Cvm postpone arb? Why allow (or push; for that matter) it to move from May 2015 till now?

Why the continued inability of Cvm to satisfy anything FDA says?

Seriously, i firmly believe there is $hit all over the place with this; and it includes everybody involved....and the arbitrator is probably feeling it every minute (his life might be on the line).

I will say with 100% certainty I will learn something from this!
