I think I'm going to drop your course professor. Nothing personal but I think I could probably learn more from another instructor. You seem to be saying that when a person signs a contract but allegedly violates it, the remedy isn't breach of contract but fraud. It's an unusual suggestion. And I still don't understand why you say this purported breach of contract makes Tmmi a thief. I keep flipping thru the textbook and find nothing like this in there.

I don't feel your creativity will serve me well, and I think I need to seek out a more orthodox teacher.
