Fraud for Beginners 101 class: I think you miss the point that Simpson signed a statement in 2003 that said he had turned over EVERY copy of ANY version of the code to DFMI. Likely leading DFMI to think he didnt have a copy of it anymore. And of course as we all know now he did keep a copy and resold the stolen property many times to various idiots including Cavanaugh and TMM, who were well aware it was stolen property. Hence the lost lawsuit.
