Just came over the wires:

NGL is paying 39 cents for the quarter in line with their previously declared TEMPORARY distribution scheme. Management is urging the BOD to approve a partial return to earlier distribution level by authorizing $1.76/yr and not the current $1.56--- for the next quarter.

This is the news pushing after hours trades up handily.
