I agree that Kim over"promises" and has a hard time living up to his estimates. It sucks. So what's the solution?
Only state the facts of what is done and remove all forward looking statements?

That would reduce communications even more.



He could work harder AND smarter?

I, like others, think the company will succeed in SPITE of Kim much more that due to his business acumen. He had a good idea, and has taken years longer than his own multiple estimates to accomplish it.

Addition: KBLB would not exist, nor would our investment opportunity, without Kim. That's a given, and I appreciate my shot. After that point, Kim could have done a lot, faster, to make our opportunity come to fruition more quickly (hire the right help much earlier, communicate clearly from day one, etc.) So any comments I have always come with the caveat that we'd not be here at all without Kim. It doesn't mean there's not things to be critical about, though.
