Results from Dr. Moffat may prove to be informative. But this leaves open the questions how long does one wait.

If results arrive before NNVC is forced to close its doors and those results are favorable the bulls will have been rewarded to some degree for their patience. But if NNVC shudders the doors before results the wait will result in zero residual value for the patient bulls.

One viable answer is wait till one of the two outcomes above. Zero or some magnitude of upside. Another viable approach is to factor in the length of time and attempt to exit with something greater than zero if the wait exceeds some threshold.

I decided to stop waiting with the failure of EbolaCide. Those candidate clearly failed and Gene's payment on our bet was incontrovertible evidence of failure.

Perhaps they will succeed with Herpecide. If so I will have missed the boat.
