The registered agent for the YM Advantage website is a criminal.

He's been convicted of a crime but not sentenced. Sentencing keeps getting postponed.

The YMA deal must have been close to completion. GT created a new corporation in CO, View Advantage, Inc. and I found beta versions of the View Systems website that included the YMA logo.
