It looks more to me like Eric is trying to use WNBD to help launch his new company innovators community, http://innovatorscommunity.com/ ,than anything else. If you go to the blog at the bottom you will see Eric is the CEO. I believe that's what the venture with USBI was really all about. I don't think it was intented to help WNBD shareholders.
