I thought Winning Brands company profile was a company that sold environmentally safe cleaning products? Where does it say anything in the company profile that it's mission is to fund other companies projects with monies raised through stock dilutions. I have yet to hear how this venture with USBI is going to be a benefit to WNBD shareholders. I don't think it was ever part of the deal that WNBD would make products that could be sold to support USBI operations. Not to say that that might be a possibility down the line but not part of any deal. So if there are 2 billion shares outstanding and Eric decided to dilute that to 4 billion outstanding shares that benefits shareholders?
