Here we have a system that is set up to legally do exactly what you describe, the people "in the know" get to design the notes, sell them to whomever they please and profit absurdly from them...

...Welcome to reality.





But believe it or not most companies don't actually do crap like this because they don't want to destroy their own credibility.
