I don't think anyone is trying to push the SP of FRFS down. When you see a small trade like that, it is more often that a MM is buying from another MM to cover a portion of what he sold, but did not have on the books. No one makes a buy or a sell for $7 worth of stock, other than a MM wanting to cover his open position.

As to the mLakshmi being what is keeping FRFS from filing a financial report, I tend to disagree. Those very same mLakshmi numbers must be filed in the financial statements for Firefish Pvt. in India. So, if they have been incorporated there, they would not be unknown, or not considered. Firefish Pvt. financials have been previously incorporated in previously filed financial statements to the SEC and Share Holders.

Something is just not right here and I can not think of a positive spin for not filing financials and/or communicating with FRFS shareholders.
