That is the question, I personally expressed a possible explanation previously. Possibly they believed mLakshmi was a separate entity but found out the grant was given to Firefish Pvt Ltd, which is wholly owned subsidy of FRFS. This could account for some delays on the US filings. Just my theory, I have no proof of this.
Regardless, FRFS still owns the Firefish Pvt Ltd company and it is still active.
Just have to keep waiting. Someone is trying to push this down with, there was a 4000 share trade to book a 0.0017 price. That is a trade worth $7 trade.
