You are not very good at knowing my mind. I have not got my mind made up its a scam. I know it's a scam. Even you have said as much.
But Dan taking over is a failure yes.
No question about it.
Dans track record is no different than Scotts so far.
From the amount of delay involved I believe that there are issues that Dan was clueless to.
Again a failure not a scam.
His transparency...failure.

This deal I expect will be placed gently and quietly in the fail pile as well.

If it is, Dans next option is a straight RS and dilute to pay the million or so bucks it should take to clean this scam.

Then he can try again.

I expect this on a fail because when this deal falls through the pps will be in very bad shape. The only option would be the rs.

I guess from your statement that 2 weeks is the point the longs begin to give up on the story and start selling their millions of shares?
