I think Scott was running SRSR like a scam. I don't believe fundamentally that SRSR is a scam because the property is real and very valuable.

Nor do I believe Dan is running it like a scam, but I will concede we are still waiting on public transparency he promised.

Right now, there's a fiscal reason but if the restructure is successful, there's plenty of news to come down the pipe. Why PR stuff while the company is currently stuck in quicksand?
