With $1.71M liability v.s. only $0.16M asset I'm wondering how could the company pay out those toxic $1M+ debts? An huge R/S seems the only way to rob all the doubtless investors then they could start the huge and endless OS diluting game again...

Beware: An huge notorious diluting MM (VNDM) always sits at the 0.0004 ask which should soon drop to the 0.0003 or 0.0002 ask!
