CONFIDENCE IS HIGH. Officers and Directors own 21.5% of the common shares. President Meaney owns 6,045,235 shares, so he owns 17% of the company. Mssrs. Casner, Schaffnit, and Lynch own about 431,400 each. Other family investment is 417,734 shares.
All Preferred Shares converted to Common Shares, or very close to being completed.
Common stock value will rise significantly with more details on the commercial customer which I reasonably suspect is IBM.
