Right on the money with that one. After being in and around several colleges starting as a student in 1972 and as a staff member/adjunct faculty thru this month, I have seen higher education, what was once one of America's greatest institutions, go slowly down the drain. However misdirected, even in the '70s the Left would at least fight police and hurl Molotovs, instead of having cry-ins. Many of my dad's generation served (he served from Jan 1941- Jan 1972) and then were able to go to college on the GI Bill when our universities still taught something relevant and useful. Many of those guys came from humble backgrounds and went on the be captains of industry in what we call today the C-Suite. They not only saved our and Europe's freedoms, they went on to build the great economy we have today. Sadly, many of today's students do not have those qualities.

As I packed up my office this week for the journey to retirement, I am heartened by the fact that the only weenies I'll have to deal with in the future will be the ones I put on the grill.
