IMO the most important difference between Pro 140 and Maraviroc , are side effects.

In Pro 140 we see no serious side effects ,

Those are some side effects of Maraviroc.:

Upper respiratory infection , rash, body aches, cough ,difficulty in breathing , dizziness , painful blisters over the trunk or mouth , nose , eyes. Chest pain , irregular heart beats , Heart attack ,
liver failure , anemia, GI tract bleeding , blood in the urine , increase risk of other infection or cancers, loss of bladder control, anemia , blurred or double vision, confusion .

I think I will stop here. Maraviroc is a medicine with many, some life-threatening side effects .

Really , can't compare to Pro 140.
