Maraviroc vs Pro 140

I am interested in knowing WHY Pro 140 works better than Maraviroc, given both target CCR5.

Let me list what I gleaned:

Maraviroc is a small molecule, whereas PRO 140 is mAb.
Maraviroc is resistant to some R5 strains
Pro 140 potently inhibits CCR5-mediated HIV-1 entry without blocking the natural activity of CCR5 in vitro.

I think PRO 140 works better it is monoclonal antibody, how it binds to single epitope, etc. I consider this a trivial explanation just by looking at small molecules and mAbs.
