In reality...

the tape is painted almost daily (as anyone can see with T&S) at the close with DECN.

500SH or 100SH buys or sells are printed in the last minute to raise or lower the closing SP as a routine commonality with this stock, DECN.

As far as the SP, the current SP @ 13:24 on 12-9-16 (right now) is
.115 (which is 15% higher than the .10 SP prior to all rumors and PR's.

The .10 SP was stable for the two weeks prior to the small spike
of about 2.5M SH between .10 & .15

Quoting past months or years of performance is meaningless to this discussion as the topic is the spike in the SP most likely caused by rumors and PR's.

Granted, money was obviously made by the small amount of "traded"
shares (2.5M) (who knows what went on with the MM's). Did they trade shares among themselves. sell, buy, cover.... ???

When all the smoke is cleared, the SP is now 15% ($.015) higher than prior to the events.

One would not see that as a "collapse" or "getting worse".

One might see a retrace to base with a 15% rise in that very base.
