I hear you, but the bottom line is they need funding for a test structure and a glass manufacturer willing to upgrade equipment for the test.

Until those two things are done, no one will ever know what the true energy saving cost comparisons are.

They need a building fitted with their solar glass and also with regular utility energy supplies.

They need to be able to flip a switch and change the power source so under similar conditions, the same structure's energy consumption can be measured and compared.
