From time to time the Company may become a party to litigation matters involving claims against the Company. Management believes that there are no current matters that would have a material effect on the Company's financial position or results of operations

Well, knowing that Michaels is involved, I can understand why it is there. However, I must admit, that is a clause I have seen before.

BUT do not misunderstand.....

I don't think this company is about anything other than selling stocks!

No matter what they put on Amazon.

We all know that Michaels has had "products" on Amazon before that didn't do anything and were taken off of Amazon.

Agreed, bad investment buying this stock.
