I find this interesting. It sounds like it's written by a bunch of criminals:

6. Contingencies

Some of the officers and directors of the Company are involved in other business activities and may, in the future, become involved in other business opportunities that become available. They may face a conflict in selecting between the Company and other business interests. The Company has not formulated a policy for the resolution of such conflicts.

From time to time the Company may become a party to litigation matters involving claims against the Company. Management believes that there are no current matters that would have a material effect on the Company's financial position or results of operations.

I have to say I've never seen this in a filing before. When I found out that Peter Michaels was involved in this operation I knew it was a SCAM. The TV's are just a prop to suck in new investors who will lose everything!

Stay away from this SCAM. It's run by criminals and con men.
