If Bourque Industries, once again as in (see below) engaged China, then one must take into account the Trump presidency to throw a monkey-wrench here.

Remember when BORK went from $.002 to $.26. Those on the inside apparently knew that BORK was in negotiations with a China firm for kryron and LED heat sinks -- right before JB went to prison. So maybe something is afoot again ... or it might all be like before --- nothing comes of it." - mdb1

Bourque Industries + Sichuan Aerospace Tuoxin Basalt Industrial

On January 31, 2012, Shenzhen JBT Electronics Company of Guangdong China announced a non-binding letter of intent with Bourque Industries. On February 4, 2013, Bourque Industries announced its first purchase order with Shenzhen JBT Electronics Company of Guangdong.
On April 4, 2013, the Board of Directors determined it was in the best interests of Bourque to terminate the letter of intent with JBT Electronics Company, and the Company has done so.

My project group has developed some observations and suggestions I want to pass on.... suggest to the moderators of this board that, in the best interest of BORK going forward, delete from the I-BOX the two references to JBT Electronics and the single reference to Sichuan Aerospace [as] these may be the result of over exuberance of John Bourque in ignorance of ITAR regulations. Given that JBT pulished test results of Kryron heatsinks...

News for 'BORK' - (Shenzhen JBT Electronics Technology Co., LTD: Non-Binding Letter of Intent)

Hi, Mike. No breadcrumbs this time. Just making it official that China Everbright, the parent of the Chinese company that proposed the big 'heat sink' deal just before JB's trial, is (and was) 100% Chinese-government-owned. In case there was any doubt who would have been the ultimate user of Bourque's technology, had the deal gone forward - RockQQ

"had the deal [Bourque Industries Kryron alloy as a superior heat sink] gone forward" the requirements of the deal required John Bourque to travel to China and work with the Chinese technical people to fine-tune the Kryron alloy. Even if that was possible with no violations of ITAR (International Trafficking in Arms Regulations) and John Bourque was available, most likely John Bourque after dumping BORKs from the pump would have cease any further movement just as he ceased (aka ignored) any progress to develop with the United States government via their request to test Kryron on their own (aka taxpayers) dime & time.

Yes, It was a simple pump & dump (I forget where BORK's pps was, but seem to remember it went to $0.23) with the Chinese company unaware of the con game as the alloy they received was not made with the Kryron Process but included an alloy of cost to manufacture far greater than that which allowed for acceptance to be incorporated in their products.
