CEO responded to my email today re: financials.

Excerpts from his email:

"We actually have completed 2015 & are just completing Q1, Q2 & Q3 for 2016.
We have been asked to redo 2014 because we switched Auditors".

"We plan to have the Qs 2016s done in the next week. (Q1 & Q2 are already done)
Fortunately 2014 is a simple reconfirmation.

We fully intend to stay current here forward and are announcing the opening of our sub ( Medical ED Therapeutics) before the end of YE".
