I'm gonna take each of your comments section by section.

You talk around things and don't really specify anything to create confusion and then declare victory when the last 10 years of this company history prove you wrong in the most absolute way.

For your paragraph 1. D'Couto has touted many Teaming agreements and more than a year have passed on all with no change in status, you claim the other companies are doing the work when NEAH is the fuel cell expert ( supposedly ) and should be doing the brunt of the work in modifying the NEAH fuel cell to power the other Co's equipment.

As for D'Couto telling the truth, that is subjective, his truth is true at the time and maybe not so much later. As for his insinuations that his products are commercial ready, well we haven't seen anything go commercial. THAT IS A FACT.

Paragraph 2 - Stuff takes time, yes it takes time when it is being actively worked, it takes even longer when it's not. That's the status of NEAH product development - They say it in the filings all the time," we do not have the funds to execute our business plan".

As for Tech readiness:
TRL 4 - defined "Component and/or breadboard validation in laboratory environment" This is where the Defenseinnovation and Technology Acceleration Challenge website put the Battery. This summit just ended on Dec 1

TRL 5 - defined "Component and/or breadboard validation in relevant environment"

TRL 6 - Defined " System/subsystem model or prototype demonstration in a relevant environment"

TRL 7 - Defined "7. System prototype demonstration in an operational environment."This is where D'Couto insinuated his equipment was at with the Liquid Image PR.

TRL 8 - defined "8. Actual system completed and qualified through test and demonstration."

TRL 9 - defined "9. Actual system proven through successful mission operations." Mass production and marketing campaigns begin after this is achieved....NEAH is a way off from here and not by months.

As for the Washington news, what I brought up about it is the key Team lead from Argonne and then listed from the Argonne website what teams he leads and what those organizations do. That is all factual and not a slick word play.

Not including D'Couto's 10 times pie in the sky is also not slick word play, its just not including outlandish comments that a $300,000.00 voucher may not accomplish.

Lets talk about the $300,000.00 voucher you and others of your ilk claim Argonne will solve all NEAHs problems with. Well as I posted earlier from the SBV Q and A. $300,000.00 dollars buys access to 1 full time employee for 1 year, that also probably works out to 3 months for a team of 4 or 6 months for a team of 2 then once you include equipment time the actual project time grows even shorter.

All NEAHs battery problems will not be solved in less than one year.

What are those battery problems ? ( it seems dendrite growth ) is happening when that silicon is metalized. " The below is from some really smart individuals who work or worked at Pacific Northwest Labs ie. another NATIONAL LAB.

Lithium (Li) metal is an ideal anode material for rechargeable batteries due to its extremely high theoretical specific capacity (3860 mA h g-1), low density (0.59 g cm-3) and the lowest negative electrochemical potential (-3.040 V vs. the standard hydrogen electrode). Unfortunately, uncontrollable dendritic Li growth and limited Coulombic efficiency during Li deposition/stripping inherent in these batteries have prevented their practical applications over the past 40 years"

Keep em coming nojay...
