Tullow, it was announced today, has claimed a force majeur. This means the company has claimed the right to defaulkt on a major contract with SDLP. On the surface this will have to go to court. But underlying is a slow bleed campaign that will undoubtedly hurt Seadrill Partners. Once again I reiterate that owning units in this company is a fool's gambit, and not one I can support. There are so many better choices out there with rising distributions.
