I'm a bit confused. Since when does a judge give legal advice (ie. recommendations)? What exactly does that mean? Every lawsuit I've ever seen or heard of, the attorneys are the ones who file suit and within that suit is what the Plaintiff is asking for, never the judge recommending what the suit should be.

I may be misunderstanding this, so any clarification would be great. Thank you and Gooooooo $$JNSH!!!!!!!
