The solution is simple. Put warning labels on all gas pumps that have fuel blended from other than USA.

Then require US only crude pumps to have an American Flag sticker and the words "US ONLY CRUDE FUEL"

This will put empower the American consumer to support the US oil industry not the mideast oil and terrorism. Consumers will not only demand US only crude they will simply not buy anything but. Any terrorist act will result in a backlash at the pumps. The OPEC nations will stop funding terrorist and start hunting them and killing them.

In addition increase the export of US crude to our allies undercutting OPEC prices, giving the ragheads a tasted of their own medicine.
