Oh, sweetie. I have such bad news for you. Dinosaurs ARE "running around the streets of Chicago , New York , LA etc." They are called BIRDS.
And no One and nothing "paved the way for us to survive." For starters, with the exception of BIRDS, dinosaurs had a good long 160 MILLION year run well before humans even appeared 200,000 years ago.
"Nature" looooooved the dinosaurs. And gave us smallpox.
Hmmmm...humans - not nature - humans eradicated smallpox, which is estimated to have killed 300-500 million people during the 20th century alone. Will humans do enough soon enough to even slow, much less reverse global warming?
Perhaps, if fools like you put on your own "thinking caps" and just acknowledge that, as things are, we are f**ked.
