I have seen this toxic stuff spreading like wildfire now. Since the feds are hot on the trail of the "fake notes" it seems like the companies are moving more towards the preferred convertibles and equity lines at a discount. Did you see what happened with DRYS? Shot way up and they did a convertible preferred which at the current price (the announcement dropped the stock from like 80 to 8) would lead to about 2/3 of the company being transferred .Crazy stuff. Same thing happened with TEUFF.

Crazy stuff.

Everything I post is my own opinion and people should always do their own research and due diligence on any company they are looking at
